Bio
Vanessa Estefania Saldaña holds an Associate degree from Santa Barbara City College, where she was honored with the Outstanding Student Award in American Ethnic Studies – Chicano Studies. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with distinction in the major from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Spanish. Her research interests include contemporary Mexican literature, feminist studies, Latin American literature, and second language acquisition.
