We are pleased to announce that Professor Omar Pimienta and graduate student Nadia Escalante will participate in Writing in the Galleries, an event organized by the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. Join us on November 15, from 11:15 am to 12:45 pm, for a creative writing session open to all.
Writers of all levels are welcome to join this informal exploration of the Museum’s galleries as a source of inspiration for creative writing.
Each session begins with a brief conversation and writing prompts inspired in part by artworks on display. Participants will then have time to write independently before reconvening as a group to share and discuss their work.
